Conference module
From your call for abstracts to your proceedings.
Collect abstracts, decide them, invoice your delegates, send acceptance letters and publish each year's proceedings, for every edition of your conference.
Abstracts in, decisions out.
- A step-by-step abstract form with your topics, word limits and declarations, in the order you choose.
- Accept or reject each abstract, and attach a corrections file when you want changes.
- After acceptance, authors can ask to correct a title, an abstract or the author list. The change waits as a copy until your staff approve it.
- Move an abstract to another account when the presenter changes.
Delegates invoice themselves.
A delegate ticks their accepted abstracts and their registration category (member, non-member or student) and gets an invoice. They pay by Paystack, or upload a bank-transfer receipt for your staff to approve. Your lists show what is paid, unpaid and awaiting approval.
The documents your delegates need.
- Acceptance letters with your wording and signature, downloaded by the author.
- Proceedings published by edition, each with its cover, on your conference website.
- Materials for participants, organised by year.
Your best conference papers can go straight to your journal.
If you run the Journal module too, an author whose abstract is accepted and paid can start a journal submission from it. The submission stays linked to the abstract, and the review fee is waived.
- Abstract and invoice lists you can export to Excel or CSV.
- A conference financial report with filters, saved presets and export.
What the Conference module is not.
It is the scholarly side of your conference: submission, decision, invoicing and proceedings. It is not an event app. There is no session or room scheduler, no badge printing, no QR check-in and no streaming. Decisions are made by your administrators, not by a panel of scoring reviewers. It works alongside whatever you use on the day.
