How hard it is depends on what you are leaving. Here is the honest version.
- OJS or another journal system
- Your back catalogue comes across from an Excel template and a folder of PDFs: titles, abstracts, keywords, authors, sections, volumes, issues, pages and DOIs.
- A spreadsheet of members
- We import your register from a 13-column template, set temporary passwords and work out each member's dues as it goes in. Most registers come across in one pass.
- Email and WhatsApp
- The quickest start of all. You configure, we train you, you go live.
Setting up
Each module has a setup checklist that shows what is left to configure (payment details, email templates, submission steps, membership types and so on) and produces a handover document when you are ready.
What we need from you
Data in the templates we give you. We do not guess at a register that does not fit the template, because guessing is how records get quietly corrupted. If you want your data cleaned first, we quote for it.
The thing that delays most launches
Your site cannot go live until your domain points to us, and that step is on your side. Start it on day one.
